Licence information
If you work in or represent a school or a schools music service, a higher education institution, college or you are involved with an amateur choir or amateur theatre in the UK, where copies are made of printed music then you need to be licensed under one of the PMLL‘s licensing schemes. The primary licensing scheme operated by PMLL is the Schools Printed Music Licence we also offer a licence for music services, higher education, colleges and amateur groups such as choirs and theatre groups. If you want to legally make copies and arrangements of sheet music you can contact the publisher of the work directly or obtain a licence from PMLL. We provide a simple licensing solution that ensures the creators of the music are correctly paid when their works are used.
