PMLL Appoints New Chair Following Rachel Lindley’s Departure

Printed Music Licensing Ltd (PMLL) announces that Rachel Lindley, Director of Music Publishing at Oxford University Press, has stepped down as Chair of the PMLL Board.

Succeeding Rachel is Phillip Flood, a Non-Executive Director at PMLL, who has now been appointed Chair of the Board.

Philip Flood is a music education and industry consultant with over 30 years of expertise in business planning, income generation, evaluation, and organisational change across the music and arts sectors. He was previously Director at Sound Connections (2010–2024), held senior roles at the London Symphony Orchestra and Spitalfields Music, and was a qualified music teacher in state schools, further and higher education. He is an accredited Relational Dynamics Coach and has been an Independent Director at PMLL since 2020.
